Client Care Team
Jordan, Client Care Specialist
I am originally from Northwest Wisconsin, but moved to the Raleigh area in 2011, and have never regretted the change of scenery. I have loved animals of all shapes and sizes since I was a little kid, and have been employed in the pet industry as a customer service representative and dog groomer since 2010. After being lucky enough to be mentored by and train under a Groom Team USA member, and work side-by-side with and befriend several award-winning groomers, I am familiar with trims of every variety, and enjoy employing both creative styles and breed standards (especially terriers!). At home, I have an Airedale named Winchester, a calico cat named Ophelia, lease and ride a quarter horse cross named General, and maintain a small collection of boa constrictors and small pythons. In any other free time I can manage to conjure up, I really enjoy reading, writing, painting, photography, and going to the movies.

While in New York, I even participated in wildlife rescue and rehabilitation! Being able to help animals in need makes this profession and everything that goes along with it worthwhile. Dr. K and his staff are wonderful people to take care of you and your pets needs. I have taken my dogs to Dr. K for several years and couldn't be more happy with the excellent care and compassion he provides to each of his patients. He explains things very thoroughly and never rushes you in and out. He truly strives to provide quality care. He is very honest in his professional advice. I have tried several veterinarians in the Triangle area and none come close to matching the whole package that you receive when you partner with Dr. K to take care of your babies. I drive from Durham for Dr. K to see my dogs. Please stop by Walnut Street Animal Hospital and see for yourself what makes this animal hospital better than the others.
