Surgery & Orthopedics
Just like people, pets can suffer from a wide range of issues that require surgical treatment. Illnesses, degenerative disorders, congenital problems, and accidents and injuries all sometimes require surgical intervention.

As a pet parent, getting the news that your beloved companion needs to have an operation is often overwhelming and can be quite frightening. At Walnut Street Animal Hospital, we understand and are here to help. We perform a wide range of soft-tissue and orthopedic surgeries in our state-of-the-art surgical suite, and when you choose us for your pet’s surgical needs, you can rest assured knowing that they are in excellent hands. When your pet needs surgery and orthopedics in Cary, let our compassionate team be of assistance.

Soft-Tissue and Orthopedic Surgery Services

Our facility is equipped with top-of-the-line equipment for performing both soft-tissue and orthopedic surgeries. We are available for all types of soft-tissue procedures, and we work with an orthopedics specialist who visits our clinic regularly to perform procedures in-house.

Your pet will be thoroughly evaluated prior to surgery and monitored throughout the procedure to ensure their safety. Following the procedure, we will make sure that they are comfortable and provide you with any information you may need to ensure their health and safety in the hours and days following the operation.
